Night counseling refers to sessions scheduled between 17:20 and 21:10. Most night counseling services are paused during winter and summer breaks. (This may vary. Please confirm with your counselor.)
If your session does not finish before the break, the remaining sessions may be available at the start of the next semester.(Also, pls check with your counselor.) If you cannot continue during the first week of the next semester, please inform your counselor.

Dorm Sheng-Li 4 (Dorm SL4, Housing Service Division)

Location:

How to Enter:
When you arrive at the entrance of the Dorm SL4 (which besides the location of Housing Service Division), please call
(06) 2757575 ext. 89013.

The on-duty counselor will come out to take you in once they receive the call.

Where to Wait:
Please take a seat on the chairs near Dorm SL4 (Housing Service Division) entrance and wait for the on-duty counselor to come and bring you inside.

Who to Contact for Unexpected Situations:
If you will be late, cannot attend, or have an urgent matter, please call

to inform the on-duty counselor.
If you cannot reach them by phone, please contact them via email (See the table below for email).

Dorm Kuang-Fu 2 (Dorm KF2)

Location:
Dorm KF2  (Map)

How to Enter:
You may enter the dormitory by tapping your student ID at the entrance.
If you have any difficulty at entering, you may ask the security guard on duty in the lobby to assist you.
If no security staff is available, call ext. 50338 and ask the counselor to open the door for you. You may also call (06) 2757575 ext. 51602 to reach the dormitory staff, or 0972-905381 (Kuang-Fu duty phone) for the entry help.

Where to Wait:
Please find a seat and wait in the lobby of KF-2.

Who to Contact for Unexpected Situations:

If you will be late, unable to come, or have an urgent matter, please call extension 50338 to inform the counselor, or notify the on-duty part-time counselor by email (See the table below for email).

Other Notes:

KF-2 is a men’s dormitory. Female students may feel uncomfortable entering or waiting in the lobby. We ask for your understanding. If you need to use the restroom, please use the gender-friendly restroom on the first floor.

Library room B123-1, B123-2 or B123-3

Location:
Main Library at Cheng Kung campus (Map)

How to Enter :
Students should enter the main library using their student ID card.
Students on leave of absence must exchange an entry pass at the counter to enter.

Where to Wait:
After entering with your card, take the elevator or stairs to B1 and look for Group Viewing Room B123-1, B123-2 or B123-3. The sofas at the entrance of the room serve as the waiting area. (B1 floor plan )
