If your initial consultation is scheduled on a day when the Tainan City Government announces a suspension of work and classes, please log in to the counseling system and reschedule your appointment accordingly.

For regular weekly counseling sessions (e.g., individual counseling arranged after the initial consultation), if they fall on a national holiday or a day when the Tainan City Government announces a suspension of work and classes, the session will, in principle, be postponed by one week. You may also contact your counselor to confirm or arrange an alternative time.

Please do not come to campus for counseling during holidays or suspension periods.
