[Relaxation Time] Fragrance, tranquility and body-mind healing

Feeling physically and mentally tense from your busy schedule?
Be kind to yourself and take a “Relaxation Moment”! Both students and staff are welcome. We provide massage chairs and massage oils to help ease tight muscles, as well as a variety of high-quality natural essential oils to calm your mind. You can choose your favorite essential oil for aromatherapy breathing or diffusion.
(Note: This is self-service, so you’ll have privacy without disturbance. For details, please see the activity instructions posted inside the counseling room.)

How to book:
Please log in to the Counseling Service System and select “Activities” from the menu. You’ll find this activity listed there. Click “Sign Up” to view the details and make a reservation.

  • Counseling Room A has a smaller massage chair (suitable for petite users).

  • Counseling Room B has a larger massage chair (better for taller users).
    Please refer to the instruction manual next to the chairs for details.

On the day of your appointment, please check in first at the Counseling and Wellness Services Division office. The staff will guide you to either Room A or Room B. Since the rooms may be in use at other times, to avoid any misunderstanding, please remember to hang the “Relaxation Moment” sign on the door handle while using the room (and take it down when you leave).

There is no overall limit on how many times you can book. However, to make sure later users also get a chance, each person can hold up to two active reservations at a time. To make another booking, please wait until you’ve finished your current session before reserving again.

If you’d like a longer session (for example, 100 minutes), you may reserve two consecutive time slots at once.
